Presales Manager

Due to the expansion of our sales team we are searching for a Presales Manager at our location in Breda.
Presales Manager (40 hours)
Team player with strong analytical skills and a commercial drive
As a Presales Manager you are part of the commercial team, you work closely together with our Agro & Purchase -and Product Development department providing technological and application-oriented support to customers. You are responsible for leading the initial engagement with potential clients, demonstrating product value, and shaping solutions to meet customer needs, thereby laying the groundwork for successful sales.
- Lead Generation to drive our overall LTO Pipeline with high qualitative leads
- Develop external lead sources for a digital and automatized lead generation
- Qualification of Leads for a high conversion rate into opportunities to drive our pipeline forward
- Creation of Leads and new potential business opportunities in collaboration with sales, marketing and product management
- Prospect validation and generation, figuring out who and where are missing customers
- Perform digital research on target markets and analyze Potential Markets and customers
- Customer activation by Identifying underleveraged accounts within the AOR and develop strategies to activate and nurture these accounts.
- Interacting with customers and assisting the sales team in efficient customer communication
- Utilize cold calling, digital platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to initiate customer introduction meetings and create awareness of the company’s offerings
- Understand the Product Marketing messaging and go-to-market strategy
- Execute marketing campaigns together with the Manager Market Intelligence
- You will report to the Commercial Director
What do you bring with you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing
- 5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or a related field.
- Strong hunter profile – target driven
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong & proven commercial and customer orientation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English, other languages are a big plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Your strengths lie in relationships, you are persuasive, creative and entrepreneurial but most of all, you are a team player.
- Ease in MS Office applications to a good standard especially PowerPoint
