Are you an experienced Finance Manager with strong analytical skills and a people-oriented leadership style? Do you have at least 5 years of financial management experience and expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and cost control? If so, we are looking for you!

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy of our organization. You will work closely with various teams and departments to provide financial insights and optimize business operations. Your role is crucial in safeguarding the company’s financial health while fostering growth and development of both the organization and your team (11 members) . You will report to the General Manager, and a dotted line to the CFO Europe, Döhler.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define and implement financial strategy in alignment with the overall company strategy.
• Develop an integrated digitization strategy to leverage new technologies and enhance financial value
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee financial audits, tax compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.
• Manage and steer operational KPIs, cost price calculations, and business case validations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to direct reports.
• Oversee the implementation of SAP modules and other financial digital tools and ensure usage
• Enhance business intelligence and dashboarding capabilities to improve financial decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and treasury operations proactively
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks.

What do you bring with you?

• Master Degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and cost control
• Experience with operational finance, supply chain controlling, and business case analysis
• Advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch and German are a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
